Our Team

All our children’s homes are registered with Ofsted here at Serenity Smiles. We offer twenty-four-hour round-the-clock support with a minimum of two staff members on duty at any time.

All our staff are thoroughly trained and qualified, and their empathetic approach to ensuring quality care has established us as a leader in our field. Our recruitment process enables us to hire the most professional and driven staff and ensures we also support them to provide an exceptional level of care and support.

Here at Serenity Smiles Children’s Homes, our core goal and purpose are to reshape a young person’s future. Our staff help us to achieve this goal, and our transparency with clients allows us to build trusting, genuine relationships with the children.

Our communications are clear, respectful and solution-focused. We can develop and innovate, and it’s vital we don’t lose sight of this as it provides a platform for progression.

Safety

We ensure all children in our service receive quality and equal support and care to lead a happy life. Our expert and compassionate staff, as well as safe and quality services, are the reasons we make a lasting difference in children’s lives.

We guarantee all our services are always safe and legal. Our children’s welfare is at the core of what we do at Serenity Smiles, and our safety policy is hugely significant and is applied and maintained by regulation teams. Expert regulators and assurance staff approve all our services and programmes.

Our goal is to be the number one provider for children aged eleven to sixteen with autism and learning difficulties. As a result, we make impactful adjustments in our services to ensure they remain effective and beneficial for people. Safety and fire audits are conducted by health and safety experts, further ensuring the safety of clients and employees.

Incident Management is key to ensuring your workspace remains a safe environment. Through this, we identify potential risks and collaborate to put in place preventative measures. Our Incident Management team studies the issues and measures their potential impact on our services. Compliance

Serenity Smiles Children’s Homes are inspected and assessed by regulators and assurance staff. All our facilities meet the national regulatory standards of compliance, and our director of compliance monitors our services and helps us ensure the best possible rates of compliance.

Compliance inspectors

Compliance Inspectors analyse and assess our services, ensuring our facilities and services align with the national standards. We can build on feedback from inspectors and focus on areas that require attention or improvement. We want to ensure a consistent, safe and compliant service.

Internal inspection

Any site at risk of non-compliance is subjected to an internal inspection. Compliance Inspectors conduct an in-depth analysis of any areas that require improvements and monitor them. After, they provide us with solutions that we can apply to ensure our facilities remain compliant and safe.
